3. Prezentacja i nagrody

• Jury wybierze fotografie do prezentacji w Galerii Witryna – ekspozycji w witrynie Łódzkiego Towarzystwa Fotograficznego, ul. Piotrkowska 102.
• Prace będą prezentowane 24 godziny na dobę w dwóch ramach o wymiarach 70x100 cm.
• Autorki wyróżnionych prac otrzymają nagrody:
  • Złoty Kadr ŁTF
  • Srebrny Kadr ŁTF
  • Brązowy Kadr ŁTF
  • Dyplomy „Dobre Klaty ŁTF”

4. Jury

Fotografie oceni profesjonalne jury powołane przez Łódzkie Towarzystwo Fotograficzne – w jego skład wejdą członkowie ŁTF, ZPAF oraz ZPAP.

5. Prawa autorskie i odpowiedzialność

• Uczestniczka zgłaszająca fotografie oświadcza, że:
  • posiada pełne prawa autorskie do nadesłanych prac,
  • zdjęcia nie naruszają praw osób trzecich,
  • uzyskała zgodę osób widocznych na zdjęciach na ich publiczne udostępnienie,
  • w przypadku osób niepełnoletnich – uzyskała zgodę ich opiekunów prawnych.
• Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne roszczenia osób trzecich wynikające z naruszenia powyższych zasad.

6. Zakaz użycia AI

• Zabronione jest nadsyłanie prac wykonanych lub wygenerowanych przy użyciu sztucznej inteligencji (AI) lub z jej istotnym udziałem (np. Midjourney, DALL·E, itp.).
• Zgłoszenia zawierające takie prace będą dyskwalifikowane.

7. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych (RODO)

Zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 (RODO), uczestniczka wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych wyłącznie na potrzeby organizacji wystawy, kontaktu oraz publikacji wyników. Dane nie będą przekazywane podmiotom trzecim ani wykorzystywane w celach marketingowych.

8. Postanowienia końcowe

• Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do nieodpłatnej publikacji nadesłanych prac (z podaniem nazwiska autorki) w materiałach promocyjnych wystawy (strona internetowa, media społecznościowe, druk).
• Przesłanie zgłoszenia oznacza akceptację niniejszego regulaminu.

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS MAY 16, 2025.

1. Purpose and Theme of the Exhibition

The aim of the exhibition is to promote the photographic work of women, provide an opportunity to showcase their creativity to a wider audience, and foster artistic exchange within the photographic community.
Main theme: “What drives me in photography” – everything that moves, fascinates and inspires you: light, people, emotions, moments, composition, details...

2. Participation Conditions

• The exhibition is open exclusively to women photographers.
• Each participant may submit up to 3 photographs.
• Files must be submitted in JPG format, 300 dpi resolution, ready for print in a maximum A4 format.

• Each entry must include:
  • Full name of the author
  • Short bio (optional)
  • Contact information (email, phone)
  • Titles of the submitted photographs
• Participation fee: 30 PLN (20 PLN for ŁTF members), payable via bank transfer:

3. Presentation and Awards

• The jury will select works to be displayed in the Witryna Gallery – located in the display window of the Łódź Photographic Society at Piotrkowska 102.
• The selected works will be presented 24/7 in two large frames (70 × 100 cm).
• Prizes include:
  • ŁTF Gold Frame
  • ŁTF Silver Frame
  • ŁTF Bronze Frame
  • Certificates of merit: “Dobre Klaty ŁTF”

4. Jury

The jury will consist of professionals appointed by the Łódź Photographic Society, including members of ŁTF, the Union of Polish Art Photographers (ZPAF), and the Association of Polish Artists and Designers (ZPAP).

5. Copyrights and Responsibility

• By submitting photographs, the participant declares that:
  • They are the sole author and copyright holder of the submitted works,
  • The submitted works do not infringe upon the rights of any third party,
  • They have obtained full consent from any individuals visible in the images to publicly exhibit their likeness,
  • In the case of minors, the consent was granted by their legal guardians.
• The organizer bears no responsibility for any legal claims resulting from failure to comply with the above.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence – Prohibited

• Photographs generated or significantly altered using artificial intelligence (AI) tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
• Any such entries will be disqualified.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU 2016/679), by submitting their entry, the participant agrees to the processing of their personal data solely for the purposes of organizing the exhibition, contacting participants, and announcing results. Personal data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

8. Final Provisions

• The organizer reserves the right to use submitted photographs for non-commercial promotional purposes (e.g., on the website, social media, printed materials), with full credit given to the author.
• Submission of works implies full acceptance of these regulations.
