UWAGA!!! Do konkursu można zgłaszać wyłącznie fotografie wykonane przez człowieka. Zabronione jest przesyłanie zdjęć w całości lub w części wygenerowanych przez sztuczną inteligencję (AI) lub uzyskanych przy użyciu narzędzi do generowania obrazów na podstawie algorytmów sztucznej inteligencji. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do weryfikacji autentyczności zgłoszonych prac oraz do ich dyskwalifikacji w przypadku stwierdzenia naruszenia tego punktu regulaminu.

2.   Konkurs ma charakter otwarty i skierowana jest do wszystkich miłośników fotografii
3.   Uczestnicy mogą nadesłać maksymalnie 3 fotografie.
4.   Pliki należy przesłać w formacie JPG, w rozdzielczości 300 dpi, gotowe do druku w maksymalnym formacie A4 (21x30). Proporcje obrazu 1:1, 2:3, 3:4, 9:16 powinny zawierać się w formacie 21x30 cm.
5.   Zgłoszenia należy przesyłać poprzez formularz zgłoszeniowy link na stronie organizatora ltf.com.pl
   koniecznie z opisem w temacie maila – Konkurs. „W BLASKU SŁOŃCA”.
6.   Każde zgłoszenie musi zawierać:
   • Nazwisko i imię autora
   • Dane kontaktowe (e-mail, telefon)
   • Tytuły zdjęć oraz miejsce wykonania
   Obowiązkowo każdy nadesłany plik powinien być opisany według wzoru:
   Nazwisko_Imię_Tytuł zdjęcia (w przypadku braku tytułu proszę wpisać „XXX”

Fotografie oceni profesjonalne jury powołane przez Łódzkie Towarzystwo Fotograficzne – w jego skład wejdą członkowie ŁTF, ZPAF.

   • posiada pełne prawa autorskie do nadesłanych prac,
   • zdjęcia nie naruszają praw osób trzecich,
   • uzyskał zgodę osób widocznych na zdjęciach na ich publiczne udostępnienie,
   • w przypadku osób niepełnoletnich – uzyskał zgodę ich opiekunów prawnych.
3.   Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne roszczenia osób trzecich wynikające z naruszenia powyższych zasad.
4.   Zakaz użycia AI
5.   Zabronione jest nadsyłanie prac wykonanych lub wygenerowanych przy użyciu sztucznej inteligencji (AI) lub z jej istotnym udziałem (np. Midjourney, DALL·E, itp.).
6.   Zgłoszenia zawierające takie prace będą dyskwalifikowane.
7.   Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych (RODO)

Zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 (RODO), uczestniczka wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych wyłącznie na potrzeby organizacji wystawy, kontaktu oraz publikacji wyników. Dane nie będą przekazywane podmiotom trzecim ani wykorzystywane w celach marketingowych.

AIM AND THEME OF THE COMPETITION:

For centuries, the sun has been a profound source of inspiration for artists. It stands as a symbol of life, hope, warmth, and new beginnings. It dictates the rhythm of our days, transforms landscapes, sculpts light and shadow, and lends a unique character to photography. Indeed, it is light itself that possesses the power to tell a story, evoke deep emotions, and capture fleeting moments in time.

The photography competition "In the Radiance of the Sun" aims to showcase the extraordinary role of light in photography and its profound impact on how we perceive the world around us. We invite participants to make the sun's rays the primary protagonist of their images—whether depicted in a subtle or striking, literal or symbolic manner.

The photographs presented at the WITRYNA Gallery may explore diverse interpretations of this theme. They may capture individuals immersed in the golden hour, landscapes illuminated by the morning light, everyday moments bathed in the summer sun, or the intricate play of shadows, reflections, and contrasts. The sun can serve as a direct light source, or symbolically represent hope, freedom, the passage of time, or rebirth.

We are looking for photographs that demonstrate how light not only illuminates reality but also shapes the mood, extracts emotion, and gives depth to the image. Let each submitted work tell its own story—of humanity, nature, relationships, or places that acquire an entirely new meaning under the touch of the sun's rays.

We welcome submissions from both amateur and professional photographers. We encourage you to seek out light not only in spectacular sunsets but also in simple, mundane moments that are elevated to the extraordinary by its touch.

COMPETITION SCHEDULE

* July 15–31, 2026 – Submission of competition entries and entry forms

* August 10–14, 2026 – Jury deliberations

* August 14, 2026 – Announcement of results and award ceremony

* August 15, 2026 – Exhibition of competition entries

ATTENTION!!! Only human-created photographs may be submitted to the competition. It is strictly forbidden to submit images that are wholly or partially generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) or obtained using image-generation tools based on AI algorithms. The Organizers reserve the right to verify the authenticity of all submitted works and to disqualify any entry found to be in violation of this regulation.

2. The competition is open to all photography enthusiasts, both amateurs and professionals.
3. Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 photographs.
4. Files must be submitted in JPG format, at a resolution of 300 dpi, ready for printing in a maximum size of A4 (21x30 cm). Aspect ratios (e.g., 1:1, 2:3, 3:4, 9:16) must fit within the 21x30 cm format.
5. Submissions must be sent via the entry form link available on the Organizer's website: ltf.com.pl. The email subject line must strictly read: Competition: "IN THE RADIANCE OF THE SUN".
6. Each submission must include:

• Author's full name (Surname and First Name)
• Contact details (email address, telephone number)
• Titles of the photographs and the location where they were taken

   Every submitted file must be named according to the following mandatory template:

   Surname_Name_PhotoTitle (if there is no title, please enter "XXX").

   Example: Nowak_Jan_Morning or Nowak_Jan_XXX

2. Exhibition and Awards:

* The Jury will select the photographs to be displayed in the WITRYNA Gallery of the Łódź Photographic Society, located at ul. Piotrkowska 102.

* The selected works will be exhibited 24 hours a day in the WITRYNA Gallery.

* Authors of the awarded works will receive:

• Gold Frame of ŁTF + Medal of ŁTF
• Silver Frame of ŁTF + Medal of ŁTF
• Bronze Frame of ŁTF + Medal of ŁTF
• Diplomas: "Good Frames of ŁTF"

3. Jury:

Competition Commissioner: Katarzyna Berent

The photographs will be evaluated by a professional jury appointed by the Łódź Photographic Society, consisting of esteemed members of ŁTF and the Association of Polish Art Photographers (ZPAF).

4. Copyright and Liability:
5. By submitting works to the competition, the participant declares that:

• They hold the full and exclusive copyright to the submitted works.
• The photographs do not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
• They have obtained the necessary consent from any individuals visible in the photographs for the public display of their image.
• In the case of minors, they have obtained such consent from their legal guardians.

2. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any third-party claims resulting from a breach of the aforementioned declarations.

5. Prohibition of AI Usage:
6. It is strictly prohibited to submit works created, modified, or generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, or with their substantial involvement (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.).
7. Submissions containing such works will be immediately disqualified.

6. Consent to Personal Data Processing (GDPR):

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), the participant hereby consents to the processing of their personal data solely for purposes related to the organization of the exhibition, communication, and publication of the competition results. Personal data will not be shared with third parties or used for any marketing purposes.
